By creating an account or paying for a course on learn.kamaljits.com, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. We do not knowingly accept students under 18.

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person, one account. Please don't share your login credentials with anyone.

Courses are delivered as live, instructor-led batches. Joining links, schedules, and materials are visible on your dashboard once you're enrolled.

Course content (videos, slides, text, assessments) is owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable license to access it for your own learning. Don't share, redistribute, or upload it elsewhere.

• Prices are shown in your local currency where supported (INR or USD).
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We don't store your card details.
• Monthly plans bill on a fixed schedule until all installments are paid or you cancel.

• Indian residents: we'll issue GST invoices when requested.

Don't do any of the following:

• Attempt to disrupt the service or bypass authentication.
• Scrape, copy, or download bulk content.
• Harass instructors or other students.
• Use the platform for anything illegal.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We try hard to keep the service available and the content accurate, but we provide it "as is". Live sessions depend on third-party tools (Microsoft Teams, etc.) and we can't guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months prior. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can close your account from your profile page at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or where continued service would expose us to legal risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mohali, Punjab, India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
